Eligibility:
As a student you must be 15 years or older to use the Collegespeaks.com service. By registering for the Collegespeaks.com service, you represent and warrant that (i)you are 15 or older; (ii) you have the capacity to understand, agree to and comply with these terms and conditions; (iii) all information that you provide for registration with Collegespeaks.com and its services, is accurate and truthful (iv) you will be solely responsible for all activities carried out under your username and password; (v) your use of Collegespeaks.com service does not violate any applicable law or regulation

To register with the Collegespeaks.com service as a college, you must be a part of the college administration, in the capacity of an administrator or a faculty or any other role (hereby called administrator), who is on the payroll of the college administration. By registering for the Collegespeaks.com services, you represent and warrant that (i) you truly and genuinely belong to the college, not as a student but as an administrator; (ii) you have understood, agreed to and comply with these terms and conditions; (iii) all information you provide for registration with Collegespeaks.com service is accurate and truthful; (iv) you will be solely responsible for all activities carried under your username and password; (v) your use of Collegespeaks.com service does not violate any applicable law or regulation.

We may refuse to grant you a username that impersonates someone else, is or may be protected by trademark or proprietary rights law, or is vulgar, offensive or otherwise inappropriate, as determined by us in our sole discretion

Conduct & Content
The Collegespeaks.com service is for your personal use and not any commercial use. Businesses, organizations or legal entities may not use the Collegespeaks.com service for any purpose. Termination and terms
These terms will apply to your use of Collegespeaks.com service. You may terminate your account any time for any reason which will remove your profile and all other information, specific to you, from view. As a college, the moment you choose to terminate your account with Collegespeaks.com service, the information available for viewing will revert back to the information as it was on the Collegespeaks.com service before your registration. We may terminate your membership immediately at any time, for any reason. Once your membership terminates, you will have no right to use the Collegespeaks.com service. Our proprietary rights, disclaimer of warranties, indemnities, limitations of liability and miscellaneous provisions shall survive any termination of your membership.
